I must be back to blogging. Must. And put my testimony back to writing.

I have been doing exercises and diet for real for almost two months now and I am very much encouraged from the results so far. The first weeks were so hard that I wanted to give it up. But a lot has been saying good things and that pushed me to go on.

Now I am hitting a plateu stage, that no matter how I exercise and eat less, I am still in the same weight as last week. So I have gone reading to get inpiration from others.

Women’s Health mag has helped me a lot to stuff my brains with good knowledge. Not only with weight loss articles but with healthy living.

I will continue doing this.
For the greater glory of God.
