I am hitting the fitness plateau stage. Been reading a lot to pass thru this phase and it’s either to rest or increase my activity. Tried staying home for at least 2 days (ohwell, weekend)to read books, watch movies, sleep and cook but then I couldn’t help it! I grabbed my 3 pounders and did some light lifting after 12 hours of rest. Finally told myself to continue some exercises with a different program.
So today! Woke up 30 minutes earlier, hit the gym and had 30 minutes mixed-pace running. Will visit the gym tonight for another, probably, 45 minutes run.
