ABS-CBN Wellness Check

ABS-CBN Wellness Health Check
Health is Wealth. I registered here to check how well I am doing. I have been reading articles on wellness as I believe that being healthy is a good lifestyle.

I am a stationary person as I would most of the time sitting in the office looking and or staring on a monitor. But I believe that health is wealth. So when you are healthy, you are healthy. Makes sense. After college, I became a corporate worker less the activities that burns the extra baby fats. One good lessons that I learned from life is to take care of your health and it will take care of you, meaning, it will lessen your sick leaves at work or absences in school bringing you to an optimum body capabilities. This will make you do more in life.

Health is defined as general condition of a person in all aspects. A level of functional and/or metabolic efficiency of an organism, often implicitly human. Overall health is achieved through a combination of physical, mental, and social well-being.

Healthy Habits

Here are some healthy habits I am trying to practice whenever I get the chance – sharing to everyone:
3 John3:2 Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.

Exercise regularly
It doesn’t matter if it is 5 minutes as long as it is on a regular basis. It will be good if it is 30 minutes of work out everyday.

Take the stairs
Taking the stairs is a way to fitness because it burns more calories compared to standing and riding the elevator.

It is cleanliness and aseptic practices that one does to him/herself. Clean your nails, comb your hair, wear comfty and clean clothes, brush your teeth. Aside from the healthy intakes, healthy outlook is also important.

Sleep eight hours everynight and before 12 mn
When you’re scrambling to meet the demands of modern life, depriving yourself to sleep is never a good idea. While you rest/sleep, your brain stays busy, overseeing a wide variety of biological maintenance tasks that keep you running in top condition and prepare you for the day ahead.
When you give your mind a good sleep, you are giving your body a chance to a top perfomance.

Drink water/ rehydrate
Your brain, your heart and your muscles are made up of more than 75% water. Your lungs, liver, kidneys and blood each are made up of over 85% water. Your skin is over 60% water, and even your bones, which seem solid, are made up of over 20% water. It should come as no surprise, then, that even a minute drop in your body’s water content will affect your health and the functioning of every one of your bodily systems in major ways.

Eat more fish
Fish is rich in omega-3, known as essential to normal growth and health, for hearth and good memory.

Eat vegetables and fruits
I haven’t found any idea that it is unhealty to do so.

Drink tea
with the anti-cancer properties of antioxidant, it is healthier than drinking soda o any other powdered juices.  If you want your mind to be alert, studies also show also a cup of tea contains an average of 40 mg of caffeine. Use tea bags instead of powdered instead.
